Among current projects and organisations we are involved in, is the Green Mountain Eco Route. By creating this world’s first biodiversity and wine route, visitors are exposed to a whole new experience of environmentally friendly and educational travel, helping to support conservation of this unique region which is home to the UNESCO protected and the world’s smallest Floral Kingdom with an enormous diversity of species. Through the opening of private lands for the purpose of guided tours, an increasing demand exists for local guiding, restaurants, accommodation, activities, arts & crafts, entertainment and much more.

At Villa Exner we subscribe to conservation principles and support local Conservatories. We help promoting the nature activities at our doorstep. Our business is operated in a way to reduce the usage of resources, to minimise waste and to recycle where possible. Our equipment is carefully selected for low energy and water consumptions and used responsibly.
