Deposit
Villa Exner requests a 10% deposit with a minimum of the first night's accommodation. The deposit will be debited against your credit card to secure your reservation. The balance is payable on arrival.

Villa Exner reserves the right to request a higher deposit and/or payment in advance in the case of long stays or high occupancy.

Specials are strictly payable on booking.

Cancellation policy
Up to 15 days prior to confirmed arrival: Free of charge.
14 - 4 days prior to confirmed arrival: 50% of booking value.
3 days and less prior to confirmed arrival, no-show or premature departure 100% of booking value, should we be unable to on-sell the room(s).

Conditions
Check-out time 11h00 am Delayed departures must be arranged beforehand to ensure availability.
Check-in time anytime after 3h00 pm
Rooms will be held until 5h00 pm, unless other arrangements have been made.
All accounts must be settled by cash or major credit cards. No cheques accepted.
Rates are at the discretion of Villa Exner and are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
All rates include breakfast and VAT.
Management reserves the right of admission.
