Swedish Massage
A medium-pressured, relaxing, rhythmic massage that relieves stress and tension and increases blood circulation. Neck, Back and shoulders; Full Body and Pregnancy options available.

Hot Stone Therapy
Heated moulded stones are used for a wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic treatment. The deep penetrating heat and weight of stones relax tight muscles and can relieve stress and pain.

Reflexology
The age-old oriental tradition of pressure point stimulation on the feet, used to restore energy, improve circulation and relieve stress and tension.

Lymph Drainage
A gentle massage to stimulate circulation of the lymph. Detoxifies the body and boosts the immune system.

Therapeutic Foot and Leg Massage
This massage improves lymphatic and blood circulation for the feet and legs – specially helpful for diabetics and after a long flight.

Indian Head Massage
A gentle, stress releasing, rhythmic massage of the scalp, neck and shoulders includes Shiatsu Pressure Points to release blockages and improve circulation.

Acu-Massage
A combination of fingertip pressure on acu-points and massage. Balancing of meridians.

Reiki
A form of energy healing and balancing of charkas (energy centres in body).
